Joules: What's wrong?
Joel: My five-minute artisan bread seems to always come out damp.
Panel 2:
Joel: I wonder if I should decrease the cooking temperature so there's more time for the water to evaporate from the bread?
Panel 3:
Joel: Or maybe I should increase the temperature so the water will evaporate faster?
Panel 4:
Joules: Maybe you should ask your baking instructor from culinary school.
Joel: Oh no. She might consider this blasphemy.
